Convenient location, the private parking was available. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 km. Thanks to the genuinely helpful and well-trained staff everything was great. The breakfast was marvellous for what was on offer, with Asian food

The staff at Ramana Saigon Hotel is great and cordial. the location is super, near the river, airport, and restaurants. the units have a great view and breakfast served in the lobby is delicious.

Comfortable location of the hotel, near the most popular tourist attractions and Ho Chi Minh City. Magnificent views of city, efficient and amazingly attentive staff.

Marvellous location right by the railway station, the restaurant, and the most popular tourist attractions. Got a nice size and beautifully maintained room with a safe, separate tub, for instance. Excellent service throughout stay.

Value for money

The hotel's website states that halal food is available. When I requested for halal food, they said it's not available. When I complaint to the Duty Manager, he said the website has not been updated for quite some time. Hence the cause of inconvenience. I really felt cheated by this so called 4 star hotel. Please highlight this to the hotel's management.

The hotel offers beautifully maintained, brand-new rooms with balconies. the efficient staff provides great service, and there is a lovely pool available to guests. the hotel is conveniently located in a nice area very close to Saigon and popular tourist attractions.

Good bed

Tv old, gym old, gym cramped and easy to bump your head. Bath not comfortable. Remote control not work. Out of date hotel. Needs renovation of rooms, gym.

The restaurant served excellent food and the staff were so friendly.

My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the rooms were cozy, comfortable, and clean, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of exploring the bustling city. the breakfast spread was top-notch with a variety of options to cater to different tastes. We also enjoyed the dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was quite satisfying. the rooftop pool offered a nice escape from the city's heat, even though it was quite steamy up there.

There were a few things that could be improved. the Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable and slow at times, which made it difficult to stay connected.
